OUR MISSION:
Impart into teens the truth of the Word of God
2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering & teaching.
~ Through Sunday youth teachings and Midweek Youth Services
Enforce the doctrine of the Bible in the midst of an ever-changing world
2 Timothy 3:16 "All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make
us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right."
-Through Youth Group: Providing practical applications with topical teachings
rooted in the word of God
To provide teens with ministry opportunities for both local and global missions
Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall
be [a]witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
- Through Outreach and Missions events
To provide Ignite Youth with a community of encouragement, unity, and love
Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together,
as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
- Through fun, unifying social events, camps, field trips, missions and outreaches
To present the Love of Christ and the Gospel to teens that are lost without God
Luke 19:10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
- Through Special Events and outreaches
To equip and encourage teens to share their faith with an unsaved world
Mark 16:15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
- Through specific training: Outreach and missions
Encourage teens to become men and women of integrity
Psalm 101:2-4 I will behave wisely in a perfect way. Oh, when will You come to me? I will walk within my house with
a perfect heart.3 I will set nothing wicked before my eyes; I hate the work of those who all away; It shall not cling to me.4
A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will not know wickedness.
- Through Small groups, special emphasis workshops and special studies
To equip and establish teens that will become the leaders of tomorrow
2 Timothy 4:12 Let no one [a]despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in
conduct, in love, [b]in spirit, in faith, in purity.
- Through Leadership specific training: mentoring, workshops, training etc.

We truly believe that parents are the primary influence in building the faith of teenagers. To that end, we are privileged as the youth workers of Ignite Church to be given a small amount of time in your teens' lives to help partner with you in ministering to their hearts and helping to grow their relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to help you equip them for discipleship and the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
We truly believe that parents are the primary influence in building the faith of teenagers. To that end, we are privileged as the youth workers of Ignite Church to be given a small amount of time in your teens' lives to help partner with you in ministering to their hearts and helping to grow their relationship with Jesus Christ.
